The Cruise Schedule is now up on the RC App
Check out the Royal Caribbean App for a schedule of all the daily happenings on our cruise. Use the App for planning your day, picking out your outfits, for example there will be a 70’s party AND an 80’s party aboard this sailing. Also there is a personal schedule which will keep track of the activities that you have planned for yourself, Ex. your spa treatment, your excursions or your reservations for specialty dining.
Use the app for free onboard
Connect to the ship WiFi-Guest-Independence network. No Wi-Fi package purchase needed. And use the Refresh icon to ensure you can see activity updates as they happen.
If you have any questions, check the day one schedule of activities. There is an App Help Desk session scheduled to answer any app questions.
Make reservations onboard using the app
Once onboard you can make reservations for dining and shore excursions. Navigate to the dining venue or excursion you want to reserve and tap the Reserve Now button to make your reservation.
Christmas Eve is Formal Night!
Wear your formal dress clothes for; a special dinner menu, photo sessions, meet the captain and crew, and a special holiday performance.

As we count down to the start of your vacation we wanted to send you an important reminder regarding your online check-in. If you haven’t already done so, please complete your cruise line registration at this time.
To complete your online check-in, go to https://www.royalcaribbean.com/account/ and use your reservation details. Documents will be issued upon completion.
|*Most cruise lines require you to complete check in no later than 3 full days (72 hours) before your departure.
Remember, along with your cruise line documents or electronic boarding pass you will also need to present your citizenship and identity documents during the embarkation process.
Robinson Friends and Family (RF&F) Schedule of Events
Here are some of the activities planned for the cruise…. (Tentative)
Day 1 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida
PM Please arrange for your transportation to arrive at the port around lunchtime so you can get checked in and eat lunch onboard, DO NOT wait until 4pm as check in can be a lengthy process. Don’t be late; the ship waits for NO ONE! –Wear your RF&F Group T-shirt!!!!
Welcome Meet up
Immediately After the Muster Drill. We will have a designated meeting place (TBA)
Day 2 – Day at sea (Formal Night)
Evening– Captains reception, Formal Night, Group Photo: wear your formal attire to dinner; we will attempt to take a group picture.
Day 3 – George Town, Grand Cayman
**Optional Christmas Day Gift exchanges will be privately with your direct family or group, location and time up to each individual family or group.
Morning – Shore Excursions to Grand Cayman
Evening –White Elephant Gift Exchange, Location: TBA 8pm
- bring a small gift no more than $5. Gag gifts are acceptable.
- Wear a Christmas shirt, sweater or attire.
Day 4 – Cozumel Mexico
Morning – Shore Excursions to Cozumel
Daytime — Wear your favorite sports team attire.
Day 5 – Day at sea
Black Night: up to interpretation: Wear all black , African attire, hip hop attire or whatever you deem to be black
Day 6 – Disembark Fort Lauderdale, Florida
White Elephant Gift Exchange
The Robinson’s Friends and Family Group (RF&F) will be having a White Elephant Gift Exchange on Christmas eve please bring a gift to exchange (Value appox. 5.00- 10.00). You must bring a gift in order to participate. Please wear your Ugly Christmas sweater, t-shirt or attire.

John’s tip on water: I suggest packing an empty water bottle and refill at water stations on the ship. Easier and no cost. RCCL info below:
On boarding day, each stateroom may bring up to two 750 ml bottles of wine or champagne, as long as one guest is of legal drinking age. Corkscrews will be provided for guests to enjoy their drinks in their stateroom. If guests wish to enjoy their wine or champagne in our dining or bar venues, there will be a corkage fee applied.
Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom.
Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.
Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor Society
